Your Account, Signing Up, and Logging in
How do I sign up for an account?
You can start by signing up for our 30-day trial. Or, subscribe to SAP Analytics Cloud for Business Intelligence for more data source connections, the ability to add more users, and in-app collaboration features.
What happens after I sign up?
You should receive your activation email within a few minutes of signing up. Follow the instructions in the email to get started with your account.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk folder.
Still nothing? Try signing up again, or visit the login page and click the Forgot Password link.
I signed up for an account, but I didn't receive an email. Now what?
Well that’s no good. First, check your junk mail just to make sure that our email didn’t get misplaced. If you don’t see anything from us, visit the login page and click the Forgot Password link.
Still having trouble? It might be time to contact support.
Can I change the email address associated with my account?
If you’re on a 30-day trial you won’t be able to update the email associated with your account until you upgrade to a Business Plan.
If you’re already subscribed to SAP Analytics Cloud for Business Intelligence or SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning, your System Administrator can update your email address for you.
How do I log in to SAP Analytics Cloud?
It’s easy! To log in to your free trial or licensed account, visit sapanalytics.cloud and click the log in button from the top menu.
Please note: Some subscribers have set up unique login pages. If you are unable to log in via the website, check your email for a direct link to your login page or contact your system administrator.
I forgot my password, can I reset it?
Don’t Worry, resetting your password is easy. Simply visit the login page, select your account type, and click “Forgot Password”
Please note: Subscribers with unique login URLs must click the “Forgot Password” link on their unique login page. If you’re having trouble logging in or can’t find your unique URL, contact your system administrator.
I'm having trouble logging in to my unique URL
Subscribers with unique login pages and are unable to log in via the sapanalytics.cloud website. If you’re having trouble logging in, check your email for a direct link to your login page or contact your system administrator.
