We’ve identified an issue where some users are unable to receive system emails from SAP Analytics Cloud, specifically their activation email. This issue seems to be most prevalent in countries where internet traffic is restricted.
We’re currently looking into the issue to see if we could prevent this from happening. In the meantime, we’ve created the following workaround.
- Go to SAP Analytics Cloud, click Login
- Click the “Forgot password” link on the SAP Cloud ID login screen
- Enter the appropriate email address.
- Follow the instructions in the email to setup a new password.
